Arcast produces a variety of custom furnaces. These can range from simple test rigs for alloying difficult metals combinations to complex glass and ratification furnaces.
We use a range of crucible types such as alumina, zirconia and graphite. We custom tune the application to the customers' process needs. This may include special induction coil arrangements of flux diverters. We tackle high vapour pressure alloys to radioactive metals.
Our largest melter to date, for an ambitious casting project.
